Use the Traveler List
Everyone on the tour, their app status, and each traveler's details page.
The Traveler List shows everyone on your tour, who's on the app, and each person's contact details.

Open the Traveler List
At the top of Home, tap the people icon 1.

See who's on the app
Group Enrollment 1 counts who's enrolled and who's on the app, for each role. The icon next to each person shows their app status 2: on their phone, on the web, signed out, or not yet signed in. Sort the list by first or last name 3.
Chat 4 opens a chat with that person.
Someone isn't on the app yet? Families sign in with the email on their enrollment: point them to Sign in to PassportsGo.

Open someone's details
Tap a name. Their page shows their role and app status 1, Account activity 2 (when they last signed in), and their phone and email: tap to call, text or email. Further down are their Emergency Contact 3 and guardians.
Good to know
How do I sign someone out of the app?
On their details page, tap the red sign-out icon at the top (Force Logout User), then Confirm.
Can I change what someone can see?
Yes, on their details page under Permissions: see Make someone an admin.
