What’s a passports teacher training conference?

This is a free trip overseas, in addition to the free trip you take in the company of your student group. Teacher training conferences provide you with an opportunity to network with other educators, learn new techniques, and gain a better understanding of how a group tour works and what to expect on your upcoming passports tour. In addition, you have the chance to explore the city and immerse yourself in the local culture.

It’s our way of saying thank you and welcoming you into the passports family!

What’s included on my free trip?

A round-trip plane ticket, hotel accommodations, breakfast daily, welcome reception, farewell evening dinner, guided city tour, optional excursions and the opportunity to meet with passports professionals and other group organizers who share your love of travel!

How do I earn my free spot?

For each application, passports will award you rewards points redeemable for cool rewards, including free spots on one of our International Teacher Conventions. The earlier you start, the more points you get. Click here for details!

New Group Leaders

New (to passports) Group Leaders can earn a free spot at a conference of their choosing by enrolling 15 participants on their first passports tour. What are you waiting for?
