Use PassportsGo on your phone or computer

Everything moves into PassportsGo — the app on your phone, or go.passports.com on a computer. What works where.

About 2 minutes iPhone, Android & the web Group leaders 3 steps

my.passports.com is closing. Everything moves into PassportsGo, which works two ways: the app on your phone, or go.passports.com in a browser on your computer.

It's one account either way. Sign in with the same email, and anything you do on one shows on the other.

  1. Step 1

Get the app on your phone

Download PassportsGo from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your email. There's no password.

Home opens on your tour 1, with today's plan, the latest announcements and chats.

The PassportsGo app's Home screen for the group leader, showing the tour Italy: Rome, Florence & Venice
  2. Step 2

    Or use a computer

On a computer, go to go.passports.com and sign in the same way. It's the same PassportsGo, laid out for a big screen. The tabs run down the left side 1, and Home spreads your tour 2, chats and announcements across the page.

PassportsGo in a web browser at go.passports.com: tabs down the left side, the tour card, today's plan, chat activity and recent announcements side by side
  3. Step 3

    Find your group-leader tools

The group lists and reports you used on my.passports.com are under Admin 1. REPORTS 2 has Traveler Info, Dietary & Medical and Documents, and Financial 3 shows each traveler's balance. Only group leaders see Financial.

Announcements go on Updates: see Post an announcement.

The Admin tab: Location tools (Meeting Point, Live Map, Geofence, Head Count), Reports (Traveler Info, Dietary & Medical, Documents, Financial) and Group Settings

What only works on the phone?
