Update your own details and application
Your own record — passport, dietary needs, contacts — and your Group Leader Application.
You travel too, so PassportsGo keeps a record for you just like each traveler's: your passport, dietary needs and contacts. It's also where you fill in and sign your Group Leader Application.
- Step 1
Open your own record
Tap Account on Home. Under People you manage, tap your name 1: it says You — Group Leader 2.

- Step 2
See what's left to do
Your record has the same sections a family's has. Red numbers mark what still needs you: here, your Passport Information 1 and your Group Leader Application 2.
Passport, dietary needs and luggage work exactly as they do for families: see Add passport details.

- Step 3
Fill in your application
Open Group Leader Application. Everything under PERSONAL INFORMATION 1 must match your passport exactly 2: no nicknames. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after you come home.
Your date of birth and email can't be changed here; ask Passports if either is wrong.

- Step 4
Sign and submit
Type your name as your signature 1, read the terms below the button, and tick the box 2. Then tap Submit application 3.
Passports emails you a confirmation, and your record then shows the application as Submitted.

Good to know
Do my chaperones fill this in too?
Chaperones see a Group Leader Application on their own record too. They sign in as themselves and follow the same steps.
I made a mistake after submitting.
Ask Passports: once submitted, the application can't be edited in the app.
Where's my room?
Rooming on your record shows your room type, and the application repeats it under TOUR INFORMATION.
Screens show a sample family and tour — your names, dates and amounts will differ. Checked against the app September 23, 2026.
