How the Recruitment tab works

Your enrollment page, Tour ID and QR code, ready-to-paste messages, printed materials and your interest list — in one place.

About 3 minutes iPhone, Android & the web Group leaders 4 steps

Everything you need to fill your trip, in one place: how enrollment is going, your Tour ID and enrollment page, messages ready to paste, printed materials, and your list of interested families.

On Home, tap Recruitment. It's there until 60 days before departure.

  1. Step 1

    See how enrollment is going

Your group 1 shows how many travelers have enrolled against the size you planned, and whether enrollment is open.

Families can enroll with your Tour ID 2 at passports.com/enroll. Tap the copy button next to it to paste it anywhere.

Message the list and Add contacts have their own guides: Build your interest list and Message your interest list.

The Recruitment tab: Your group, 9 travelers enrolled of 24 planned, Enrollment open, 274 days to departure, Tour ID MAPLEWOOD2027, and the Message the list and Add contacts buttons
  2. Step 2

    Spread the word

Your enrollment page 1 has the itinerary, pricing, payment plans and the enrollment form: one link for posters, emails and texts. Share 2 it, copy the link, or show a QR code on a slide or a poster.

Ready to paste 3 has a text message and a newsletter or social post, already written with your trip and your link.

Spread the word: Your enrollment page with its link, Share, Copy link, QR code and Preview the page; Ready to paste with a text message and a newsletter post
  3. Step 3

    Watch your interest list

Your interest list 1 holds the families you add and the ones who sign up on your enrollment page 2. Each shows whether you've messaged them yet.

Anyone who enrolls is marked Enrolled 3 and never gets another recruitment message.

Your interest list: a family who signed up on the enrollment page, contacts not yet messaged or messaged Sep 18, Ben Ortiz marked Enrolled, and one who opted out
  4. Step 4

    Order printed materials

Under Around the school, Printed materials 1 are posters, postcards and printed itineraries for a parents' night. Tap Request materials 2.

For ideas that work, tap the light bulb for Recruiting tips 3.

Around the school: Printed materials with a Request materials button, and the Recruiting tips light bulb in the top bar
