Use PassportsGo on your phone or computer

Everything you did on my.passports.com now lives in PassportsGo — the app, or go.passports.com in a browser.

About 2 minutes iPhone, Android & the web Parents, guardians & travelers 3 steps

my.passports.com is closing. Everything you did there now lives in PassportsGo: payments, forms, contact details and rooming. PassportsGo works two ways: the app on your phone, or go.passports.com in a browser on your computer.

It's one account either way. Sign in with the same email, and anything you do on one shows on the other.

  1. Step 1

Get the app on your phone

Download PassportsGo from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your email. There's no password.

Home opens on your traveler's tour 1, with announcements from the group leader and the tour's plan.

The PassportsGo app's Home screen for a parent, showing the tour Italy: Rome, Florence & Venice
  2. Step 2

    Or use a computer

On a computer, go to go.passports.com and sign in the same way. It's the same PassportsGo, laid out for a big screen. The tabs run down the left side 1, and Home spreads your tour 2, chats and announcements across the page.

PassportsGo in a web browser at go.passports.com: tabs down the left side, the tour card, today's plan and recent announcements side by side
  3. Step 3

    Find your traveler's account

On Home, tap Account, or the person icon at the top right, and pick your traveler. Their page holds everything from the old portal:

    • Contact & people 1: traveler, guardian and emergency contact details.
    • Forms & consent 2: passport, dietary needs, luggage, special travel arrangements and travel authorizations, each with its own row.
    • Finance 3: your balance and payments. See Make a payment.
    • Rooming 4: your traveler's room.

A question for Passports? Ask Passports, at the bottom of the same page, sends it to the Passports team.
