Pay by check
Where to send it and who to make it payable to.
You can mail a check toward your traveler's tour. Paying in PassportsGo is quicker, but a check works too.

On your traveler's Finance page, tap Pay by mail 1.

Mail your check
Mail it to the address shown 1:
Passports Educational Travel, 51 Union Street, Suite 106, Worcester, MA 01608
Make the check payable to Passports Student Depository Account.

Can I pay online instead?
Yes, from your bank account (free) or a card. See Make a payment.
I don't see Pay by mail.
It's there only while something is owed. With a $0 balance (or a credit), there's nothing to mail. It's also hidden while your traveler's spot is waitlisted: payments are on hold until it's confirmed, so don't mail a check yet. We'll let you know as soon as a spot opens.
