Vegetarian, nut-free, gluten-free and more — locked 30 days before departure.

Tell Passports about your traveler's food allergies and dietary needs, so the restaurants on the tour can plan for them. You can change them until 30 days before departure.

Before you start

  • PassportsGo, signed in as the traveler or a parent or guardian.
  1. Step 1

    Open Dietary Restrictions

    On your traveler's page (Account on Home), under Forms & consent, tap Dietary Restrictions 1. A red dot means it needs your review.

  2. Step 2

    Tick what applies

    The page starts with how meals work on tour. Under Please indicate any dietary restrictions below 1, tick each one that applies, like Nut-free 2. Nothing to report? Tick None 3.

    What you tick is shared with the restaurants and food providers on the tour.

    Dietary Restrictions: allergies and medical dietary restrictions with Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, Nut-free (ticked), Dairy-free, Shellfish-free, Gluten-free and None, then a field for other allergies
  3. Step 3

    Add details and submit

    Name any other allergy and how serious it is under Dietary Allergies (not listed above). Anything else, like a preference or the EpiPen, goes under Dietary Preferences & Notes 1.

    Tick the box below to confirm you understand these are binding, then tap Submit 2.

    Flying? Confirm your traveler's dietary needs with the airline too. Passports recommends calling the airline 7 days before departure.

    The bottom of the form: Dietary Allergies (not listed above), Dietary Preferences & Notes with Tree-nut allergy (carries an EpiPen), the binding acknowledgement ticked, and Submit
  4. Step 4

    Within 30 days of departure

    From 30 days before departure, the form is locked 1. To change something, call Passports at 1-800-332-7277: the change goes to the tour team. What's on file stays on the page.

    Dietary information can no longer be edited online. Changes within 30 days of departure must be made by contacting Passports. Below it, Your dietary information on file: Nut-free, the dietary notes, confirmed 8/2/2026

Good to know

Can every need be met overseas?

Passports passes every restriction to its partners, but not all can be met overseas. Meals are set menus, so the whole group is served together. The page explains more.

Who can change it?

The traveler or a parent or guardian, until 30 days before departure.
