Featuring some of our passports group organizers’ favorite hotels and restaurants from all around the world.

“By far the favorite. The entertainment, the food. If I could give it 100 stars I would. I loved it and the kids will talk about it for ages to come. The singers were breathtaking, fun, and absolutely fabulous!!!!” - Angela G.

Immersed in the heart of ancient Rome, Ristorante Terme del Colosseo caters to the Italian culture enthusiast.  Located off the tourist path on a pedestrian street within eyeview of the Colosseum, this restaurant transformed from a 15th-century Roman bath house offers a unique experience you won’t soon forget. Romanesque architecture with underground caverns and exquisite stone archways open up to a large dining area ideal for hosting large groups – but perfect for any size party. The cuisine is delicious and traditional, including a buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto appetizer and hearty pasta dishes.

However, what makes this restaurant really out of this world isn’t the fascinating architecture or the great food - it’s the entertainment. Talented Opera performers will serenade you throughout the night with traditional Italian songs. They’ll make you laugh with their eccentric skits, and as one Passports group organizer said, “This left us feeling like celebrities.”

“Such a wonderful surprise. When we saw music with dinner, we were expecting accordions and folk songs. To be treated to opera in an amazing space with wonderful food was a fitting climax to a dream trip.” - Rebecca L.

“Great food and entertainment. A surprise to walk out and see the illuminated Colosseum. Great choice!” - Jerri B.
