Passports did an excellent job arranging the excursion. Our hotels were very good and centrally located. Our tour director was great, as well.
I appreciated how Michael and Julian checked in with me occasionally. Gave me a sense of security, especially since I did not have a courier physically with our group.

This was simply an amazing tour. I didn't think that Paris (2013) could be topped, but Passports and especially Matteo made that happen. I felt like I was a real part of the culture and not just another tourist.
Shawn was excellent and extremely helpful at the last minute when one of our travelers had issues with her passport. The entire booking staff in Boston that was able to get her on a flight the very next day was amazing!
Having such wonderful hotels and meals made the trip soooo much easier. And our courier Jo was so outstanding. Her energy was contagious and her knowledge supplemented what the local guides left out. She deserves an A+++
Special praise to Shawn and our courier - Larry. Our long distance driver Javier was fantastic. Out of all the trips and all the driver, he was the best we have ever had. He did extra things for us that no driver has ever done before. He is a keeper.
Amazing. I could call passports and talk to Shawn at any time. He always was available to chat but if by change he was out of town, I know when he would return. Shawn helped me with the airplane seats, travel information and choosing the tour and dates.
Matteo was an outstanding courier, maybe the best we've ever had on a Passports trip. We all found him to be professional, polite, personable, quick thinking, responsive to our needs and requests, knowledgeable, resourceful, and possessing a great sense of humor.
I felt very supported while overseas with these students WITHOUT a courier, by choice. I had several Passport folks I could call at any time. Julian was amazing with regard to all of the details and follow through, continually sending me texts to make sure we were in accord.
Michael Ford helped me plan a personalized itinerary that suited my group perfectly. He spent a significant amount of time over a period of more than a year helping me to successfully plan this tour. He was very sensitive to my wishes, but he also made excellent suggestions which made the tour even better.
We were very pleased with our tour. In particular, our tour guide, Vivi, went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could possibly be. No task was too much of a challenge. She was able to provide two birthday cakes in order for us to celebrate student birthdays! Plus, an additional side-trip to allow us to experience churros.
Kudos to Passports for scrambling to arrange our trip to Ecuador on the spur of the moment due to the State Department travelers' warning about traveling in the Machu Picchu area. Kris and Dale saved the day. The trip to Ecuador was fantastic. The guide/courier may be the best we had on 6 Passports trips we've taken so far. The food was also excellent at every stop.
Our students walked into the airport with smiles on their faces in anticipation of our trip to Bavaria. The smiles stayed on their faces throughout the the whole experience and continue today.
