Enroll early.
Earn cool stuff.
The Passports Rewards Program turns the work you already do — recruiting, enrolling, leading — into points you can spend on free trips abroad.
We know how hard you work. This is one way of saying so.
Group organizers are our partners. You build the trip. You recruit the families. You answer parents’ questions at ten o’clock at night. The Rewards Program is how we say thank you — with cash bonuses and free overseas trips, on top of the free trip you take with your students.
The earlier you enroll, the more you earn.
Each application you bring in earns Rewards Points. The trick is the deadline you cross before the application lands — earlier deadlines pay more.
The maximum points per traveler — earned for every application received with at least $495 ($95 on E-Z Pay) by May 15 of the year before travel.
Half-credit. Still meaningful, especially when you’re bringing in late-deciding families during the fall enrollment push.
Quarter-credit. Anyone who enrolls between October 15 and your group’s Final Payment Deadline still earns points — just at a lower rate.
Veteran group leaders and first-time leaders qualify on the same schedule — no “tier” multipliers, no opaque calculations.
Two paths, both passport-stamping.
Passports Teacher Conferences
A spot for the group leader is typically 1,200 points; a guest is 2,000 points (varies by destination). Includes airfare, hotel, meals, activities, and four overnights. Recent destinations: Munich, Lisbon, Dublin, London, Rome.
Personal travel services
Points can be redeemed against personal travel arrangements booked through Passports — flights, hotels, custom itineraries for you and your family. Talk to your Tour Advisor about your balance and what’s available.
15 paying participants = a free conference spot. No points needed.
First-time (to Passports) group leaders with 15 paying participants enrolled by May 15 of the year prior to travel automatically qualify for a free spot at the conference of their choosing — typically held the weekend before their student tour departs.
