Passports Traveler Blog Contest

Time for another contest! Send us an original blog post following the guidelines below. We’ll pick our favorite entries to feature on our blog and those winners will receive a $50 Amazon gift card. Sound easy? It is!

We want blogs written by our travelers to help us show our future participants what passports is all about and get them excited for their tours!

What should you write about?

  • Write about your overall experience on tour. What did you learn about the culture? What did you learn about yourself?
  • What advice would you give a student going on their first tour overseas? Maybe you have some pointers for convincing their on-the-fence parents, a really cool fundraising idea, or tips for staying organized before and during your trip. You were in their shoes not too long ago; offer them some advice you wish you had known prior to your tour.
  • Share a memory from your tour that particularly stands out.
  • What do you think are the greatest benefits of an educational tour? Do you think more teachers should travel abroad with their students?

What else?
Approximately 400-600 words in length
Include a photo of yourself and 1-2 sentences “about the author”
Extra credit for photos you took on tour and videos that you’ve made. We love that stuff.

How do I enter?
Email your post to contests@passports.com and include your full name and your group’s tour ID*.
