Teacher Travel Messageboard: Thank you, Passports

Thank you, Passports

Dear Passports,

We just returned from our trip, and I just wanted to let you know how fantastic our tour guides were from Passports! They made our experience a nice and memorable one. They were pleasant, knowledgeable, and personable. They were always looking out for our group, and were so patient with the kids and parents. They were a big part of our positive experience throughout our 10 day tour of Greece and Italy! Always personable and willing to help out, both ladies were a great team, and it was nice to know that we could rely on them to help us out whenever we needed something. By the end of the trip, they felt like friends, but of course they were very professional 100% of the time in their tour-guide role! The rapport they established with us was a reflection of how well they did their job. We especially appreciated the help from both of them when our departure reservation with Delta was noted to be canceled upon our check-in at FCO. Both ladies helped us with translation, and made sure we were taken care of. It all worked out and we made it home with the group, but their help at the airport desk will never be forgotten, and we want to thank them for their kindness. Again, please let both tour guides know how much we appreciated them. A good-bye hug just didn't seem like enough to let them know how much we appreciated their expertise and kindness. We would appreciate it if you would forward this email to them so that they know how grateful we are! Ciao and thanks again, Stephanie Nagata
