My name is Becky Ford and I have been planning a trip to Italy for 2 years with Passports. I have traveled with EF to London with students and put out request materials to all Educational Travel Companies for this trip to Italy. I received several packets and made calls to the companies for comparative rates. The response was incredibly slow and no one called me back for months!!! I just received my 17th phone call from one of the companies asking if I were still interested in Italy- 2 years later. I told them I was traveling with Passports. They asked Why? I told them how Passports take care of business from day one. The other companies were a nightmare speaking to at least 20 different people who didn't know specifics for the trip to Italy. Needless to say, Passports jumped right in with EVERYTHING I could ask for in Educational Travel. The staff is amazing! Lori DeWeese, my coordinator, contacted me immediately with plans. We have been working on this customized, private tour for 2 years. I am taking teachers and not students. Lori calls me, texts, and returns my calls on weekends. I consider her to be a great friend. Passports answers their phone with the same person EVERY TIME!! If their organization and helpful attentiveness is any indication of how our trip will be, then I am confident that Passports will surpass ALL others. Look for my posting of our trip in June. Passports' quality of service, personal touch, and organization skills wins hands down. We are planning 5 more tours with Passports. They are in a league of their own. Excellent service, professionalism at its best!!
