I was also seeking a change from EF several years ago. Passports is definitely all about quality. Yes, it costs a bit more, but the hotels are nice and very well-located. I have requested upgraded meals for special occasions (farewell dinner), and it's always nice. Their regular meals are carefully selected to be authentic (not just french fries and chicken, which everyone thinks are American tastes) and the food is always plentiful and of excellent quality. The couriers are super-knowledgeable and professional, and they are truly at your service 24/7. The local tour guides are fabulous! I've done tours
