I took a group on the "London Theatre" trip in 2003 and took another group on "London and the Countryside" July 2005. I have total faith and trust in Passports. The couriers are amazing! We were blessed both times with personable, talented, knowledgable guides that truly cared about the quality of the trip. The supervisor of the London office, Michael, came by a few times while we in London to check on us and just make sure we were happy. We were on the tube the day of the second (failed ) bombing attempt. I had all the kids call home immediately - but it turned out that Passports had called the parents as well. While planning, all questions and concerns that I am unable to resolve with my consultant are always forwarded to accounting or customer service managers who call me and work out all concerns.
The food is always good for dinner, the hotels are 3 star in excellent locations and we usually get great seats at the theatre (front row for Phantom and 3rd row for Stomp) My last tour guide, Kate, has worked for other companies and told me that she believes Passports to be one of the best. She warned me about a couple other companies that she had worked for - gross food - hotels in awful locations or not even in the city, etc. I am planning a trip for 2007. Enjoy! You will have a great trip! Karen
