Looking for a school to partner with to customize a trip to Madrid / Paris...

We have a small group of students ((10-15 in Spanish and French classes) planning a Madrid / Paris in March of 2005. Both of us chaperones have taken the trip before. This time we would like to customize it a bit. Is there other school that would like to partner with us?
