I wanted to say that having worked for ACIS (and only ACIS) since 1988 as a tour manager their customer service to teachers is first rate. If anything does go wrong or is delayed (and this is inevitable in group travel overseas) ACIS have always sorted it out with the minimum of fuss. Sorry, don't know about passports
