Trip to Italy and Switzerland

I am writing to give you feedback about my recent trip to Italy and Switzerland.(IS#20040382) Marco and Anameca Ravinetto were very knowledgeable, polite and courteous. They are great tour guides. I feel that they need to be a little more organized, and keep the clients more informed as to what is going on.(plans were changed several times, and many people became confused) It would have been nice if we were told that this trip was mostly a walking tour. Since most of the people were over 50, some found it quite difficult. I was dissappointed that I needed to transport my own luggage, rather than having it delivered to my room. The only hotel that was acceptable was Hotel Roma in Florence. The hotel and it's location in Milan was very bad. (We were next to a Strip Club, in a shady part of town) A trip such as this would have been better for a young group of people. I don't think that I will travel with Passport again.
