Below is a letter that I mailed to our courier's supervisor upon our return last month from a tour of London and Paris:

Mr. Moseley:

Upon having returned from a tour of London and Paris, I would like to share with you the immense gratitude that each of us from Kentucky feel regarding Miss Nikolas Wilson as our courier. From the onset of our arrival in London, Nikolas took us under her wing and allowed us to see all of London and Paris in such a way that will always remain special to us. Each of us in my group and in the groups from California and Michigan developed a special relationship with Nikolas all because she took the effort to do so. Even though we had our itinerary, Nikolas allowed us to venture out to explore other areas of interest. She took the effort to explain to us the usage of both the Underground and the Metro that enhanced our appreciation of so many more sights that were not on the schedule. Honestly, my expectations of the tour were not the best due to prior tours of inadequate couriers.

In closing, our Kentucky group plans to return to Europe next summer, only if Nokolas is our courier. I do not know what incentives or rewards you give your employees, but we want you to know that she deserves to be recognized as the best courier that I personally have ever experienced. Again, thank you Nikolas for your special touch that will forever be appreciated.

Sincerely,

Jerry D. Rakes
Group Organizer from Ky
