Traveling with students

We are getting ready to travel to France with a group of high school students. After lots of planning it sounds exciting but I know there must be things that I am forgetting. If any of you seasoned travelers have any advice, we would love to hear from you. Our destination if Paris, departing June 4th for nine days. We look forward to hearing from you!!
