: Carlos.....and others,
: I have travelled with ACIS, NETC and Passports on multiple trips. Passports provides a level of personal service from their offices that neither of the others can match. They truly care about your individual trip, and will make adjustments, changes, or create options that neither NETC or ACIS will offer without expensive fees. Their pre-trip service is unmatched. Once the trips begin, the intineraries of almost every company are very similiar, but it is the little things that make Passports stand out. Their guides are knowledgable beyond belief, but also cater to the students and leaders' wants and needs. (They don't feel the need to hear themselves talk ALL the time if that is not the mod of the trip, as some ACIS guides do). The hotels Passports uses are first class, in great parts of town and the meals are varied and superb. You gain nothing by spending what amounts to thousands of dollars more when using ACIS or NETC. They will tell you (ACIS and NETC) that their trips cost more because they use better hotels/ restaurants/ couriers, etc., but believe me, (as someone who has experienced over a dozen trips to Europe, and has travelled with all three companies) these assertions are simply not true. There is no need to pay their higher prices. Passports is simply a better product.....more service, more options, better guides and ultimately a better trip. Give Passports a try....you will never travel with anyone else.
