I have travelled w/lots of companies, including EF and have been happy with EF for the last 6 trips. I've seen a big change in the quality of their product. I’ve found the quality of hotels, food, everything has improved over the last 6 years. The nature of travel is to expect the unexpected. These things will happen regardless of which company you travel with--or even if you travel alone! I agree wiht John. Your attitude as the leader sets the tone for the whole trp and the students.
