Travel Free for Three Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Main group organizers can travel for free with just three (3) full-paying travelers assigned to their credit (see below). This offer applies to ANY main group organizer, regardless of how many times they have traveled with passports (20 times, or never at all!). However, this offer only applies to group organizers who have no co-counselors and who are only able to recruit three (3), four (4) or five (5) paying travelers.

Group organizers can travel free with three (3), four (4), or five (5) travelers assigned only on the following Guaranteed programs and dates (currently only for 2012 travel; departures from any major U.S. city — see passports catalog for prices):

Special notes: The standard policy applies to groups of six (6) or more full-paying travelers. Group organizers who offer the 20% family/faculty discount do not qualify to travel free with three.

If fewer than three (3) full-paying travelers enroll on the tour, the group organizer will be presented with the following options:

Travel with two (2) full-paying travelers assigned and pay the difference in negative stipend between two (2) and three (3) payees. Contact passports for prices. Defer travel to a later date (or to the following year) with no penalties and no interim refunds for the payees enrolled at the time of deferment, and continue recruiting additional travelers. Cancel your trip altogether before the published final payment deadline (deadlines are published in the passports catalog), and receive a 100% full refund for each traveler enrolled at the time of cancellation.

Excluded are co-counselors traveling on the same tour and same date.
